Delivery went surprisingly quickly. I think it was 15 hours because after ordering.

very soluble
quality carbs from oats
perfect just for the bulk phase
I drink it in nem Whey-Shake but have it already with milk I drank like the taste just oats
There remain the consumption really minimal residues I would say it dissolves to 98% (my estimate)

I deducted 1 point due to the sugar and salt .. you do not know how much of it is there and that is in my eyes a little flaw just for people who pay attention to what they genaust out of food ... will in this respect again on the Myprotein team go to check the quantities.

For a healthy diet really recommended ... (the bag is bigger than you can imagine: D)
