I keep or return

I wonder if I'll keep this mower or if I will not send her away. Already used 3 times and the result is far from great, it's as if I had not done anything. I honestly feel that the blades will not cut much, besides just look in the nose to realize that the bristles are in top form and opening the mower, not a hair of this . I forgetful, 3 and uses the new battery is already dead. Not great for the panasonic
