After about 1.5 years of experience with this 4 Xoro receiver I have revised my first post at this point thoroughly. 2 of these devices I run itself (yet) I have procured one of these receivers on Amazon and my neighbors, this was replaced after about 1 year (multiple errors). Even the replaced R. was returned just after 3 weeks because of an error. First of all the good for this type of device: It is based on an excellent technical concept. The value for money is very good and looking none. Picture: HD very well / SD tidy. Twin function ok Media Player: Video - very good - plays a lot of formats without objection from. Music - have used only mp3 - works well (but no artist and cover indicator). Photos: works well (but no automatic scaling on screen size). USB port: Accepts all kinds of hard disk drives (CnMemory, TrekStor, Intenso, have up to 2 TB - 3.5 inch boards operated). Time Shift: work! Now to the absolute negative side of the XORO HRS 9200CI + ... the recording equipment: Man indeed buys a twin receiver, because you want to make recordings of television broadcasts. Error for all 4 devices, the recording function. - As long as the appliances are new and the connected hard drive is blank, this feature runs as it is supposed to. The more recordings on the disc "land" the more uncertain is the recording function. There are uncertainties and "function refusals". It is located after about 15 to 20 recordings on the hard drive are not sure whether the current recording, so as desired, also arrived there. Timer recording does not take place and you have programmed 2 broadcasts, it may be that only one is taken. ... Or none at all. Direct recording: display: Aunahmegeschwindigkeit too slow. So the recording is not even started. The causes are not clear: It's the same device. It's the same hard disk - only just about 15 to 20 recordings on the hard drive are. ... But this at a 2 TB hard drive only about 10% accounts. ... But another reason is - in my view - is not recognizable. ... But this error exists in all periods presented herein devices. So as a recording device is the XORO HRS 9200CI + unusable permanently. Whereas you had to say, the first made error-free shots are indistinguishable from very good quality and the original shipment. I have no experience with a CI + module !!! More errors from three of these four devices: - 1 unit: Each time the device after a few seconds (after booting) a "system crash", which had to be compensated with the power cycle. This went on day after day ... - 2. Equipment: Although the two antenna cables used have been checked, the device brings about every 4 hours, the "No signal" and the front small green signal light for the antenna goes out - still image - after about 3 to 4 seconds is it then on! ... See you next time! - 3. Equipment: After about 1 year operating the device 5 TV station knows suddenly stopped (eg 3Sat). The corresponding transponder also indicate no reception. Antenna is of course ok The offending errors appear to relate to both the hardware and the software. The twin receiver XORO HRS 9200CI + is obviously a very good technical concept based on the hardware used as well as software, however, does not stand up. Thus, I have to differ materially from my earlier assessment (... and enthusiasm) remove for this product and awarded 4 stars to 1 star convert. What good is the best technical concept when the equipment quality completely left behind in its implementation (production). It should be noted, the Amazon - as always very fast returns and tries to trouble us to keep customers returning the equipment by tolerance limits. Shame ... !!!!
