I use my roulaille (as I call it) every time I cook garlic. It is VERY effective, simple to use: you open the hood you put the garlic clove (even if I cut in half to remove the middle of the less digestible pod). Then we rolled back and forth and presto it's done. Dishwasher safe, be disassembled / back easily.
I like least: * The size of the compartment, it seems to me that there is more I should have to take it. Even if there is enough to make 2 or 3 pieces at a time. * It often remains small pieces inside. But if one removes the sharp propellers can be recovered.
