The filter does what he should. My Jura runs for two years with daily 2-3 liters of coffee preparation and very hard water. The filters are changed at regular intervals - in my machine to 50 liters or 50 switch-on. Other filters often cost only half but after reading a test by Stiftung Warentest I prefer to stay with the original ... The running costs (12 per filter / 50 liters of coffee) simply belong in such an expensive machine to do so.
