I find the multitude of practical position that may make the bench, however, I regret that lack of comfort for lack of thickness and firmness of the foam compared to other more comfortable benches (note that I'm still very more heavy lifting relatively heavy during exercises). I find the small rubber at the very boring feet, they turn on themselves making the wobbly bench if we do not call them up every time. But for the price was well worth it and I do not regret my purchase.
