I wish I could give no star

The only saving grace was that the delivery arrived on time.
Because of lousy packaging were in all glass cracks. In a disc already was a hole. The missing piece of glass there was in the terrarium.
The terrarium was in a far too large cardboard box, which was torn and zerdellt everywhere. He was already almost openly.
We have the terrarium returned immediately and therefore wanted no more new.
