This is by far the best album the Dead Can Dance have ever done! I'm just excited about every note on this album. I remember it well because when I was a teen this Cd first heard. At that time I was shocked to say the least. Of that someone picks up a plate, so accesses of each track in the other, that the tension is increased to unbearable, and that someone manages to sound to put as much gloom in scene without slipping into pathos. The vocals of Lisa Gerrard is here just perfect, the gloomy soundscapes of life of her voice and the avant-garde instrumentation. I've never heard an album that has me so upset and excited at the same time. At that time I felt as much more depressed than today. I can say that the album for me but it was not necessarily uplifting time. Today, however, I can so to be equal suicidal me enjoy the intelligent and emotional music without. DCD have never again created such a dark album, and it would have been surprised if they had exceeded this album, because that seems to me simply impossible in all modesty. This album should not be missing in anyone who feels the dark scene belonging. At this century album I realize again what bunglers today cavort in the area Gothic. Everyone should be measured on this album before he thinks it necessary to enrich the black scene with new music.
