On the negative side
a) the packaging
The screws on the awnings were in the large cardboard box in a small separate box, which was not locked and has therefore probably opened during transport. In a carton therefore "flew" the small screws around (I have only 7 of 8 screws found. The carton of other awning had been damaged during transport, which has meant that all small screws were probably lost through the hole
b) the actual processing of the awning
The "shell" of the awning consists of a long rectangular sheet "tube" which is closed up and down with an overlapping of the outside sheet metal lid. Through this cover sheet holes with thread up to the plate "pipe" are drilled. By means of these holes should be bolted to the angle housing, which in turn should be attached to the wall, for example. A lack of precision in screwing together "pipe" and the metal lids holes but do not overlap completely, which leads during the screwing of the screw that this abuts against the inner sheet and then, if necessary, tear off, or even pushing the inner sheet. Just as this is "solved", the angle can not be mounted on the housing and thus not attach the awning to the wall. Since I can but have been around gewerkelt because they no longer send back.
