If you think you hear the phone as a true then you are mistaken. At first I thought it was not working so the volume is low. It's not so bad in fact, my kid is so happy and we are not disturbed by noise. Regarding "the camera" images are too small for you to see. A tip: if you find a market at 2 jump at the chance, it is not worth more. My daughter loves her too and often plays with so it's a good buy, but it is really expensive.
