With 14 beaches of programming and its notion of weekdays, it offers many possibilities. The integrated battery to avoid losing all the config during a power failure is a great idea. The button to quickly switch between summer / winter time and not have to set the time at each change (which requires little more than a push of a button) is a nice touch.
And of course it is quiet compared to a mechanical timer, which motivated my purchase because I had enough to hear the former much more rustic ...
