For HDMI cable is not much to say, of the transmission quality of the cable 30 as good / bad as 3 cable.
The build quality is excellent for the price.

To Toslink:
The bending radius is surprisingly small for fiber, according to it can be installed very well behind the TV board. The ends are protected by caps which are fixed to a tape on the cable. Thus, the protective caps are not lost and the cable is not broken when you have to store or transport it once.
The processing is as in HDMI, based on the price, excellent.
