Carnegie refers to aspects of human interaction that are actually known to everyone. About what he writes is really nothing earth shattering. Why 5 stars? Because his analysis and descriptive examples he gives, are worth gold. The book is very encouraging to think and discuss on. Carnegie provides no tricks to be rich and powerful, but general behaviors for a successful life, both personally as well as professionally. Only the name is for me still strange - perhaps one at the time was so expressed, today it seems rather little lonely when you get caught while reading a book called "How to Win Friends" :)
