I'm a fan of peppers and mills, I have at least 12, it is 13 °. It is the smallest, and it is not necessarily the easiest to use. With pepper is a bit hard. It's easier if you avoid putting pepper in the center, there or there axis. As against the result is an ideal pepper texture to put on a steak. I have not yet used with other ingredients, but I think it will work well with the dry ingredients. There is a compartment that keeps the larger pieces and one below the screen which keeps the dust. It is all metal, very solid, easy to clean with the small tool supplied and even easier to store. For a collector, it is an original. I NIOHC metallic blue (it is more turquoise as in the photo).
