I already had a pastry plate (Tefal), it was ok, but the cake mom that I wanted to test a more professional brand like De Buyer.
When I got this pastry plate, I was initially pleasantly surprised by its robustness. The plate is of very good quality and very solid. I'm making cookies with my cookies were very successful and fluffy. I'm absolutely thrilled! For a few euros more, you have a plate of excellent quality. I recommend it!
