Ideal for decoupling of speakers

I've decoupled with these cushioning feet from sorbothane my speakers from the parquet floor. This works great! It roars no more, it swings with nothing, the sound is contoured and just the bass come now more precise.

But you have to tune the buffer on the weight of the boxes in order to achieve the optimum result. On the manufacturer's website you will find recommendations isolates it, with what weight the respective feet should be charged.
My speakers are each weigh around 56 kg. For the feet are reviewed here isolates IT to a range from 25 to 38 pounds (lbs), or about 11 kg - 17 kg. The "sweet spot" of the damping feet is in the middle, ie at around 14 kg. That makes four feet at about 56 kg, which is almost a precision landing for my speakers.

It's probably better if you having a very low degree of hardness (Duro 30 is better than 70 Duro) get there at the "sweet spot" of the weight. In my case that would be the buffer with 2.5 inches wide and 1.25 inches in height have been where I had come in the Duro 30 Version on ca 54.5 kg. But I have never found the Order. But I'm not really sad, because I am very satisfied with my "hard" 70 Duro.
