I bought this mill to grind linseed and sesame (I am fan of "yum fruit" in my breakfast) Previously I used a blender but that too heated seeds and had to put one too large amount. This grinder is ideal for grinding flaxseed (very hard) in small amounts (approximately 6 full soup spoons). In the picture we can think that its dimensions are those of a meat grinder but in fact it is smaller (height 16cm, diameter 4.5cm output). It is totally inappropriate to grind flour but this is not what I expected. Its construction is robust but the finish is pretty basic (rather crudely cast steel). Dismantling and easy cleaning (with a toothbrush for internal splines). For the price it should not be too demanding as it fulfills its function very well. To see if the grooves do not wear out too fast to use (the steel is less robust than ceramic!)
