But it is actually quite simple:
1. Switch Mouse and Bluetooth button on the bottom key until the status LED alternately flashes red and green.
2. Go On Mac "Browse Device" in the Bluetooth menu
3. If the mouse is not detected "Remember device" button and close the window.
4. In the Bluetooth menu is now "Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000" to see, just click to open the Bluetooth Manager.
5. Select the mouse in BT Manager on the left and click below on the gear icon, then select "Connect".
6. The mouse is connected. Now it's even recommended the Itellipoint software in the latest version at Microsoft download (at the time of writing this post v6.21) and install.
7. With the IntelliPoint Software performance (precision), key assignment and pointer acceleration can be set.
I find the mouse 1000 times better than the Mighty Mouse, the accuracy is great and the frequently criticized problem of pointer acceleration is thanks also Intellipoint history.
I am MAC and Linux / UNIX fan, and have therefore have a natural aversion to Microsoft, but it really it ;-) Eingabegerästen and I have no problems with it recognize a good product. Logitech is in my opinion not nearly as good as the reputation of the company, as I have a lot of experience.
The mouse is great in the hand, is very precise and looks classy. I hope to have helped Mac users who would like to have the mouse, but are afraid of problems.
