When I was recently in the eat & STYLE in Cologne, I was quite amazed. I knew the King of Salt Salt spray from the previous year and still am absolutely thrilled. But after what I saw and learned on the show, makes cooking so still a lot more fun! At the show, I got the chef Ralf Jakumeit know whose edition is here. I must say that I do not know anyone who so hot meat prepared as he did on the show. There was a T-bone medium rare, as I've never eaten it. After cooking show I had the chance to briefly talk to him. He was incredibly nice and gave me all sorts of advice to my questions. He also told me that the cane sugar-salt is accurately mixed in the ratio to get any meat nice and tender. Motivated as I was, I got home and tried gleichmal what can I say? It was amazing! Even my girlfriend, who prefer the vegetables otherwise, has called lookup, which I've given her a heavy heart. What does not do anything for a blessed home of peace! But honestly? In the future, never again no! Really cool!
