The pan makes a very stable and well-made impression. The non-stick coating is really surprisingly good, so I was able to save about half of butter because of the good non-stick properties.
The pan is hot quickly, which suggests a good Wärmeeitfähigkeit.
The pancakes are awsome succeeded. Due to the low edge of the pancakes are extremely easy to apply and "push to the plate" if they are made.
My expectations were fully met, so I give it 5 stars. The price I find for a "pro-pan" still appropriate.
Everyone likes making pancakes and crepes here can strike without hesitation!

The coating keeps still very good.
I use the pan also to make egg paddies, as these succeed without oil and the eggs are perfect.
The handle is still stable and does not wobble.
Pancakes are still perfect as in the beginning.
A very good product. I would buy it again if the pan is sometimes broken or too old.
