Ideal supplement to iPad

Known one of the restrictions that Apple expects of its iPad / iPhone customers also the lack of a possibility to external storage to be accessed directly. I work primarily with documents. Since the additional memory footprint is not so great that a wireless hard drive would be worth, on the other hand but also larger than the handful of GB that offer cloud services usually free. Ideal seemed to me something in the middle Lying and so I decided for the Wi-Drive Kingston 64GB.

The installation should be done exactly as directed, then there are no problems. The available iTune Store special app makes the official connection to the Wi-Drive. My files are, as I said, primarily documents and my favorite app for this is GoodReader. After or in the iPad has changed iPhone's network settings, it can be easily connected with the GoodReader Kingston: Connect to Server -> Add -> webdavserver -> URL address. After entering "[...]" and "Save" the structured contents of the memory will appear and it can be downloaded. Upload works, which I have already experienced allerdinhgs with larger amounts of data dropouts. The disadvantage of GoodReader Gege over the Wi-Drive App from is to save the files. This is but just as fast and you can, if required, too immediately remove.

The device meets my needs fully and I recommend buying for similar purposes without restriction. However, if you want to carry around all the archives of audio or video files with it is better advised to add itself a WLAN or WiFi hard drive. They do not cost much more and has several times at capacity.
