Put in a Imac 27 "late 2009 with the tutorial iFixit (not accessible to everyone), but fluid feel to start and use, after some restarts. Often the slowness sensation from a dirty system (not too on a mac, most with Windows), but also to wear a conventional HDD. Good compromise between SSD (despite prices falling steadily) and the HDD.
