After 7 years, a new stainless steel microwave came into the house, which again the color scheme tuned "Device harmony" suddenly destroyed. Fitting occasion to send the unloved wife of old equipment in the early retirement and buy a stainless steel version. There was agreement with us in the point that the new acquisition should not be too cheap (but not too expensive) time.
After many comparisons and test reports, the choice fell on the Severin WK 3364th
After repeated practice, we can use the device to certify a very good score:
- No spiral inside of the water tank. Advantage: The descaling is easier and cheaper, thanks to vinegar.
- Thoughtful form of Ausgießspitze, a drop in exhaust / pouring is almost impossible.
- 100% dense, firmly tensioned cover. No risk of scalding.
- Generally very good workmanship, high-quality material.
Only an external water level indicator is missing, but the scale is engraved inside the metal case and easily readable, which we personally as well get along.
All in all a very convincing kettle with a reasonable price / performance ratio. More expensive devices are not much better.
