I can / must accept previous speakers: the attached instructions for building is a disaster! But first things first:
the slatted frame is supplied in a long, narrow package. The content is protected in any way against external influences, whether by styrofoam or similar. In addition, the package was neatly scratched and torn from Hermes delivered to me.
However, the verification of the contents revealed that everything is OK.
After I had laid out by their nature, all parts, I took said assembly instructions at hand ... and put them immediately back in the box! Quick read again the existing Rezis and followed the advice.
- The 4 frame parts loosely connected, thereby tightening the screws only three or four turns.
- Also screw the stabilizing center bar loose
!!! Tip: a cordless screwdriver is advised because the hand and forearm strength could quickly times reach the limits !!!
- The first strut thread through the middle and stuck on one side of the rubber shoe
- Procedure for the first eight slats so
- The shorter, one-sided white coated slats UNDER 13 Thread the longer slats through the strap and slide both slats before being introduced into the rubber shoe to the plastic slide ON - when the slats 9
- Proceed as 13 - on the opposite side in the slats 9
- The slats 14 to 28 by the belt and one side in the rubber shoe
- Now all 28 slats on the other side loose in the rubber shoe stuck and gently tighten the screws of the frame around it
- Be sure that none of the slats from slipping out of its holder
A little tip: the slatted frame fits with some force with millimeter precision in the next bed with her:
For the price you wanted a really great slatted. Given he is a "load limit" of 200kg. Let's hope that this is not just an optimistic wishful thinking of the manufacturer!
