Have the lens now can test four weeks South Africa and am thrilled. One of the big surprises was that the colors of the sky are super rich in detail. Had no polarizing filter used and still get tollstes blue in the pictures where my standard lens brings only tepid colors. The autofocus is super fast even in servo mode. Recordings to 10 cm object distance is not a problem and great detailed (with a 60D). Since it is also super easy, I would recommend the lens as a travel lens definitely, especially at a Cropkamera, which always has the wide angle end at a disadvantage. I love wide-angle shots, I had used it for almost 90% of the time.
