Long after (it was a big scratch on MacBook screen, from 0.1 to 0.3 mm deep) there is no longer any stripe. By cons it is not as if nothing had happened, of course. The area is a bit "different", more bloated somehow. From the front it does not see nearly as light intensity, in contrast to the sides, already. It is in any case widely preferable to scratching.
Personally I have had the best results by rubbing the product with medical cotton, the pharmacy kits.
In short you'll understand: for this to work you need a lot of perseverance and a lot of elbow grease.
