But the assembly was a challenge in my case.
The shower is installed in my bathroom in the alcove next to the bathtub, height 174 cm.
And this level turned out to be a real problem.
The assembly instruction is a single-sided A4 page and shows a packing list and three drawings.
Two as the basket is adjusted to and a rough scheme for assembly, which is also on the packaging.
As text is available in 14 languages, the word "assembly instructions" and a set for cleaning.
The telescopic shower consists of
a foot rod, a rod head and up to three intermediate rods.
The stress takes a spring with about 5 cm of travel, which is plugged into uppermost intermediate rod.
To adjust the height of the spring in the intermediate rod up to five interior elements can be pre-inserted in the intermediate rod. The intermediate rods have bottom tapering to be interlocked.
The adjustment of the length of the rod is thus by the number of intermediate rods (actual length approximately 56 cm) and the internal elements (about 8 cm). The foot Tange is 60 cm long, length headrail can not now be determined (see below).
Whatever the reason it does not get me, so a length of 175 to 180 cm (174 cm actual amount plus max. 5 cm spring stroke)
to reach. Frustrated, I grabbed the saw and cut down an intermediate rod, an inner member and the head bar.
Then I had 177 cm and the rod is stuck between the floor and ceiling tile wallpaper.
The material is chromed metal, similar to simple fittings, only much thinner. Sawing with metal saw blade is not without. Was a job for a rainy afternoon.
Either I have not found the right combination, or this rod is not entirely variable in length and has "dead" lengths. Since there is no real assembly instructions and I have to tinker a star overall.
