While 1. Delivery burned the lamp, but the engine was no sound and not turned. Guests complained about.
Although 2nd delivery went, but made a screeching noise so that my daughter (4 years) got scared and we complained again unnerved.
3. Delivery drove exactly one hour, although quietly, as one would expect, but it is only one hour. Then burned again only the lamp. After inserting two different new batteries I gave up then. Guests complained about.
4. Delivery now moves and moves the noise level between the quiet of supply 3 and the screeching of delivery. 2
Thankfully does the complaint at Amazon quite well. Since it thus but is no dealer who can complain massively at Brio, I have done this as a disgruntled customer of Brio, no answer.
For almost 18, I expect a little more reliability. Our neighbors have a locomotive with rails from Aldi and driving without difficulty for over a year and is also even quieter.
That should scratch Brios Company honor.
Pity after Brios self-expression on your website promises a significantly higher quality. This is probably only the result of a too cheaply purchased batch electric motors. Annoying for us as a customer, I also can otherwise spend my free time, as your defective locomotives to carry back to the post office. For example with my daughter play Loko. Luckily, there are still sliding trains ;-)
Although the fourth locomotive runs it is still louder than the Aldi Lok. Aufrgrund of lousy value for money and the trouble before it only two stars.
After a month and locomotive number four is now defective. It will not get better ...
Addendum of 26/02/2013: And today is locomotive number 5 with the same error Image ... (I'll do it until it in China, none of these locomotives are more ;-))
