- Take a sheet of nori and once along thirds (the template for cutting I do not use, since then always a nori rest would be left) and place along the Perfect Roll (with the rough side up)
- Pour the prepared sushi rice in the center of the Perfect rolling, then it give one / two strips of filling and again conclude with some sushi rice on top
- Folding over short hand the two nori sheets ends toward the center
- Only then Curled Up with the Perfect Roll
This creates a perfect result without that one end of the nori leaf survives.
I tried the whole thing times with a bamboo mat, however, was not so happy with the result as the Perfect Roll.
The Perfect Roll can also be fine in the dishwasher incidentally.
