In my experience, a Baterie holds around 1-2 years in this alarm clock. I inserted the third Baterie recently.
I use this clock now for almost 3 years and up to now it works perfectly.
Unfortunately, the shaker has given up the ghost recently. Now I am getting in touch with the manufacturer for a new and I buy a precaution a second alarm if the first should go nevertheless times kaput.
I am very enthusiastic about this alarm clock troz all the shortcomings on my part.
