Ignored on Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.1 !!!

Product new, sober look as I expected, very well packaged. Nothing to say on the client side. But, surprise, The mark is not Panasonic but Firstcom ... Where high expectations ... I chose Panasonic for its reputation (I have a Panasonic salon blu-ray burner I am very satisfied ) and not Firstcom (I do'll abstained otherwise), thinking that was a Firstcom Panasonic dealer. In reality, Firstcom seems to be a seller. This borders on false advertising ...

Still, I took my courage in both hands, saying that it was perhaps a subsidiary of Panasonic, you never know.

But as soon as one approaches the technical aspect, it spoils quickly even more:
. Documentation almost nonexistent: A leaf on USB cables (not much of a problem until now ...)
. 4 pages in English about the possible non-recognition by the engraver ... windows and sets of parameters for solving the problem still Windows. What about MacPro 5.2 and Mac in general !!!
. No installation documentation either Windows or Mac (Example how to open the locked drawer ???)
. After 2 successive connection with the supplied USB cable (and reboot associate) ... NOTHING finder in the drive is not visible

The main criticism is that in Amazon, search "external burner drive Mac" gives this in the results. I chose it precisely to avoid this kind of inconvenience. What are the technical controls and accuracy of product specifications agreed by Amazon ????????????????

Conclusion: Forced to return the product and order another hoping that the same fate does not happen again !!!
