Illumination of the buttons fails

I bought my Roccat Ryo MK per months ago almost 3. So far, I was very satisfied with the keyboard. Typing is really very pleasant and makes daily work easier. Until then suddenly the key "F7" is no longer lit 2 days ago. At first I thought to misconfiguration or a driver issue. I've tried everything, but the key remained dark.

The F7 key I do not often and so would that have been even bearable, though such a thing should not supposed to happen at a keyboard in this price range. But then came a week ago in addition the lighting of the key "7" from. Again, I have again tried everything possible, nothing helped. To date, more lights have failed, so now 5 buttons are no longer illuminated and a key ("B") significantly weaker than others lit keys. I attached a photo in which the precipitation is to be seen.

I'm actually a fan Roccat and have another Roccat Roccat keyboard and two mice. But what happened to me here, not the point. Just 3 months after purchase already no longer function 6 lights. And all seems to be an isolated case, as I have discovered here a review in which also the lighting made problems.

Of course, the keyboard can be after 3 months not so simple back end via Amazon, so I have to put even more time and effort in a warranty claim now. And at the price. Very annoying.
