Image good, accessories good handling ok, bad sound

After buying, I immediately added some videos and was wondering about the bad sound. I thought it is up to me, my hardware or I have the finger on the microphone. But nothing of the sort.
All volume control on full, camera tested in any case ... videos on different PCs and notebooks, different player software - the same everywhere - a very bad tone, much noise, you had to talk very close and very loud directly into the microphone that you later could hear anything in the video. So I thought: This is a case of warranty - from Amazon so not an issue. Device was replaced quickly.

Unpacked The second camera, recorded video and what I hear? Just again the same poor sound!
I gave the camera a colleague that he should try times. One doubts indeed to himself.
But he came to the same result.

On request from the company. Rollei, (test video I send on request by Rollei in advance) was told,
all completely within specifications and is to be found no fault.

Mhmm!
So unfortunately I had to do everything undone, even though I really liked the camera and the price-performance ratio was great. But I want to stop the Cam encouraging not only with 200 things motorcycling helmet use because I need
no sound ... but also in normal shooting.

Now I have a Qumox SJ4000 - just unpacked, used as well and the sound is great! Christmas was saved. :-)
