I offered this book last year, just before the summer: normal. I tested it for a month, in addition to "The glutes abs" in the same range. I did the exos the most difficult and I got held. After a month, I noticed a firmer stomach more toned. That said my little tin is still present. I recommend it to all those who wish to begin the abs. It's a good plan. But be abs all year for effective results and above all provide a more complete book once you get to have fun doing abs.
