After I already own the blue player for some time, today came the red player and was already on the first day the ghost. Even at first glance appeared that there would be significant differences, even the inner workings should then turn out to be different. Instead of English this time there was no previous instructions. Instead of the nice in-ear headphones (such as the Blue) now gabs ordinary headphones. Instead garkeiner packaging the player stuck at least in a plastic box, which was simple knit and filled.
Even the interior should prove otherwise. The basic ways and functions are identical. But there are always little subtleties (like another Battriefüllstandsanzeige) that differed. Above all, the thing in contrast to its predecessor, which is in operation as before, held less than 24 hours. This morning, picked up the thing at the post office, packed with MP3s. Tonight was then on it has only NEN fraction thereof. Process is repeated, ie the thing completely emptied and re-recorded. Same problem. A small particle of MP3s to stay on it, the rest can not.

I realize that we are not on Ebay and I would like to reviewers indicates this when they make relevant disclosures under packing or shipping. Yet I can not help myself here. The player came night a little over two weeks after the cut-off times for me to. I was in the meantime ask already thinking, but I had never previously had the experience that a product was not at all delivered. My confidence was not disappointed this time.
Packaging and delivery
For the packaging would be "appropriate" probably best. Player, Quick Start Guide in English and in-ear headphones were just packed in a small plastic bag. This was again inserted into some foam and wrapped with tape. Enveloped again by a plastic bag. Not beautiful, but rarely and thought functional in every respect.
Handling
The practiced MP3 Player user is on a manual dispense anyway, insofar as it is negligible that it is formulated in English. Among the large number of players that I had previously already, This is relatively complex to handle. If you have this but first out and the way has gone a few times, you got along well with them. It took me about 5 minutes to check it, because I yet vorfand this system in any player as follows:
- A long press of the main lever to get into a specific menu

I am much accustomed to when it comes to language. Quality
How viable is the player to show the time. If necessary, it is then supplemented by me, and I take care to do always. From the output music to the player for me is different inaudible from other MP3 players. I was pleasantly surprised by the in-ear headphones. Usually I throw the headphones that come, always right away and use a large headband headphones. But since I have never in-ear headphones with so soft rubber parts for Plug had in his ears, I wanted to try the supplied headphones times. I personally tell my cheap headband headphones for more when it comes to the quality music playback. But the supplied headphones consist of the sound quality and fit for the ears already clearly from others that are usually included so. In this price range by no means normal.
Conclusion
The assessment can never be given regardless of the price in my opinion. For the current price I think the player relatively well. If he were priced to catch up with another 4 GB Player Intenso, Odys or Coby, but I would make up my mind for the competing product.
How much use and switching operations along with this thing, unfortunately, only time will tell. I find it a pity that many MP3 players no longer stay long today on the market and sooner or later disappear. So I had for example a player of Odys and a player from Coby, of which I was very pleased. Both are no longer offered.
I bought the player for 9.31 Euro excluding shipping charges at "eCloud Shop". Both my information on packaging as well as delivery time could be obsolete. Unless the vendor offering the players currently, happens to have the same conditions. Between 20 and 25 I would find appropriate for an MP3 player with the characteristics of this (4GB memory / folder function). It will turn out, whether this player is still landing in the category: "Whoever buys cheap, buys expensive.". In the past I had already had good experiences with low-cost players. The ever-changing supplier in this product change.
The observant reader review will be noticed that there is an identical review from me to the blue player. In fact I have only one copy of the blue player. I have written to my blue model on May 30 review simply copied to this red model, because I think my information for helpful and the innards of the player certainly not differ from each other. Meanwhile, I could make out a bit of light and shadow in the device, which initially stood out not me. For long tracks, there are complications. So I had the movie "Inception" times transformed me completely in a correspondingly long MP3, to hear him alone as a soundtrack. I pause here and will again start in the middle, poops from the player. Unfortunately, it is then doubly annoying because the player fast forward generally does not have it. From other players and digital voice recorders I know it so that the longer fast forward speed is added and then start to race the minutes. With this player, the fast-forward is already starting to be and will not be faster.
Another, this time can rectify shortcoming what I could make out, the headphone input. The supplied headphones "fit" here, my own headphones not initially. My Headband headphones did not really "lock", so relatively quickly slipped out minimal and lost so quickly to contact in order to play music, etc. properly. As an old electrician me of course let the no rest and the problem was quickly identified / solved. The metal ring at the interface between metal and plastic pin of the plug was smaller when supplied headphones. It is in the price range of the player quite classy, the player has both a funtionierende recording function, a radio function as well as a possible recording of the radio. The by another reviewer mentioned lack that the player relatively quickly empty the batteries, but I can confirm, unfortunately, also. For users of conventional batteries, this could quite so worthy to be that other player is worth more. Users of batteries - like me - but this is not a serious drawback.
Amusingly, I find a number of functions in the menu that lead nowhere. "Update Firmware" example. A total of 24 available languages and classy in this aspect is the imperfect, but understandable German player forgivable.
