I use this Wischset for 3 years. The mop is working properly. Through out Auswringsystem you get the mop nice and dry, so no plaster strips left on laminate or tile. In my circle of friends is this wiper system is in use. But we all have a problem, and therefore there is only 4 stars. Sooner or later breaks the plastic of the central portion apart from the stalk. Fortunately, there was always a free replacement, because it always took place within the warranty period. But I now have 2 x experienced it, my mother already 3 x. Gradually it ought to make time clicking from the manufacturer so that it eliminates this weakness.
