Have the humidifier now since more than 2 weeks use. As described here, there have been at the beginning with us also no significant improvement and increase in humidity. Did it then tried in a small room, as we went faster. In a normal-sized room, it takes only two days in the beginning until it really makes an impact. You can tell it just especially because of how much water really "disappear" from the water tank. I suffer in the winter rather under a dry nose and have therefore decided on advice of my ENT specialist for a humidifier in order to dispense at least a bit on nasal spray can. Therefore we use it especially in the bedroom and usually have it run on high 1-2 hours before bedtime, and then adjust the Night mode. A small drawback is that the perception of my air in the vicinity of the appliance cools slightly by the breeze, so it is at the other end of the bedroom, it's ok. It is good that in the night mode, the lights are really dark and you do not have unnecessary light in the bedroom. The air is for me much more pleasant and perceptible moist, it occurred to me also.
