The legs of the tripod are not far enough apart and are a little short. Therefore, it is not well suited for photos in portrait mode - the camera needs to be supported on a tripod leg or held by hand, otherwise it from tipping over (PowerShot SX260, so slightly heavier camera bag - with micro cameras perhaps better). The normal landscape makes no problems. Materials and workmanship are good, the ball head can be fixed easily and the legs are adjustable. For less than 7 incl. P I think it's manageable, that the portrait makes problems. Nice pocket-sized, and at that size, the balance problem is certainly inevitable in other tripods.
