Had bought it for my mother, who reported problems - as I tried it, it was, however. After repeated issue report on "stoppages" I looked again and found that the USB cable is broken, it has a loose connection: if you press it in the correct position (or it is already in this), it loads. Because I would have expected better quality. Now I can no longer return it :(
