Since I was already informed about the firmware issue, I have made no update. The SSD was delivered in mid-February. The migration using the supplied software does not work that way. Have it by hand and made with Paragon software and data as well as Windows default folder is moved to many write accesses to avoid the SSD. The boot time is now 30 seconds. Was previously about 4 minutes (to complete disk activity ceases).
Now I suddenly had a Windows blue screen code F4 and the system could no longer be boot. The SSD is no longer recognized by the BIOS. Fortunately, I had two days in advance yet made a backup and this could play on a hard disk. All data on the SSD are beyond redemption.
Samsung Hotline organized repair / replacement. I'm curious times how long it takes and whether the next SSD last longer.
