Personally, I find this USB stick really well. The read rates are sufficiently fast. Only when writing I would have a USB 3.0 interface more expected (~ 50MB / s).

The price / performance ratio, which is why there are 5 star.
Anyone who wants higher transfer rates have probably spend more money.
