The shipping time was despite wish Engravings "prime" suspect.
Within 3 hrs. After ordering the engraving request came email, shortly after the confirmation.
And a little later the dispatch note! The package will be shipped with DPD.

The (three) small figures came perfectly packaged,
Wrap in paper and wrapped with me.

The figure stands on a varnished resin-stone base, which nevertheless looks nice

The figure and painting was in perfect condition, nothing was chipped or peeling.
The engraving was exactly as stated previously, Perfect!
