We have from the pans, pots on the way to the kitchen helpers a complete assortment. Unfortunately, the quality goes for almost 2 years back and on, which is a shame.
Our oldest woolen pan is already 5 year old and it always depends on anything or flakes. The pots were very high. That was real quality, which can be expected but the prices also.
Now we have bought 6 months ago Novo-pans, where already now at an internal scrolls the coating and in the other the ground has turned black. This discoloration go during drying on the hands and towels, which is more than annoying.
A demand for wool 3 months ago has not yet answered. So you can not deal with customers.
Especially not when you call such prices for its products.
The sudden negative change is not to be understood!
We are, after many years, unfortunately, have to look for a new manufacturer.
