Inability to implement the product

Jai received the product within the stated time.
The material, composed dune shower, dun dongle (Wi-fi probably) of a connecting cable and USB / RJ45 style, is accompanied of a user manual. My first comments are:
1. The user manual (users manual) is only in English, this is unacceptable
2. The materials Nont not own identi fi cation (Only the name "Tera" is mentioned on the shower) and I do not even know if the "dongle" is supplied a "Wi-Fi dongle." It nen not speak.
