The frying plate was late and delivered inadequately packed. The packaging, the cardboard manufacturer was totally damaged and was patched up poorly by the Austrian Post. In addition, the cooking plate was bent and damaged. A stand was broken in the box. Such a miserable packaging without protection box I did not expect at a delivery through Amazon. I am disappointed and angry, especially since I have found that I am not the first person to receive a damaged product due to insufficient and improper packaging. Reassuring to know that Amazon will cause a "free replacement". But who replaced my cost of the extra effort (packing materials, label printing, time spent on mail, etc.)?
