As the first point: There are full! Cartridges included. On my last printer that was not so.
The printer is nicely compact, especially for occasional printing the device is highly recommended.
Unfortunately, you can not call it "noise", which bothers me but not further.
The print quality is very good for texts and regular small pictures, photo printing, I have not tested.
