Francis Rapp brought nothing new with this little book that deals so too summarized seven centuries of history. Moreover, it uses the old term "Roman-Germanic" musty even in French historiography, where it was invented and where it remains closed, since it is no longer accepted by the most renowned specialists of the Holy Empire. It could be used against a few interested on the subject to give an idea of what is exceeded.
