I have until June 2011, the clumping litter from DM used, this began despite regular cleaning after about a week to smell, after two weeks, I had to change it completely, because the ammonia odor was too strong. As the DM closed in, I switched to Low to hygiene litter from the Emperor, which I then once completely emptied weekly. That went reasonably well, but produced tons of garbage and I had to buy almost weekly new cat litter.
At some point I had had enough and bought on July 27th of this litter. The cats have accepted it immediately, the smell is pleasant, of course, dusty, a bit.
The cats have it until now not even managed to bring this scattered with regular cleaning to "stink" (ammonia). It has helped me every time to get back. But even better, the manufacturer says that this scattering is completely soluble in water and can therefore be disposed of in the toilet. That's what I initially considered very skeptical, but wanted to try it and got rid of the lumps only in small portions in the toilet, but it works well! One should only make sure that the litter in the toilet really solves, if necessary have to help with the toilet brush. Yes, admittedly sounds a bit nasty, but it helps me tremendously life and saves me a lot of time and money that I (so) just do not have as professional young [...] man. This will benefit the cats always have a clean litter box and which I benefit because I no longer have to be ashamed to receive visitors because * smell the litter box could *.
Consumption is also unbelievable: 27 July 2011 I bought the bag, and today, on October 19, he is still half full! Since I, as described above, the weekly hygiene litter had emptied, I've saved a lot of money, despite the seemingly high price! I buy from now on no other stray more.
