The grater is small and handy, easy to clean super, you have the Raspelgut zero loss as with a metal grater, the small ceramic teeth are sauscharf. The price is right also. I do not want to miss this grater and ask myself just why I have something not already bought. And yes, you can even super rub garlic except ginger. Determines other little things that you want to have grated cooking. In short: Quite strong buy recommendation - without any restrictions.
