By telling the story of youth and older Druss the hero of legend, this book provides a more accurate and less inordinate vision of the character. Heroes forced by his own legend, here it becomes a being haunted by the specter of madness and desire to kill, retained by and suffering from a lost love. All this making it more human. Not to be missed, especially if the previous one has read (at least Legend). Superb.
